ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY – ELORA VENECCI
As part of Elora Venecci’s Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to use any information, services, or any portion of the Elora Venecci platform to take any action that may:
Conflict with Elora Venecci’s public image, goodwill, or reputation.
Promote any unlawful activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, or underage drinking.
Infringe upon our copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, or the publicity or privacy rights of Elora Venecci or any other company or entity.
Explicitly or implicitly imply endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by Elora Venecci of your data, activities, or purposes without our prior written consent in each instance.
Violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, or encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise obscene.
Transmit any trade secrets or non-public information relating to any person, company, or entity without proper authorization.
Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Elora Venecci platform, including, without limitation, by hacking, defacing, modifying, altering, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the platform.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained on the Elora Venecci platform.
Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any rights under these terms, or commercially benefit from the content of the Elora Venecci platform, except as expressly permitted.
Print or copy any portion of the Elora Venecci platform without our prior written consent.
Distribute viruses, worms, malicious code, scripts, programs, or other harmful software.
Interfere with or disrupt services or equipment in a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of Elora Venecci, its licensors, or suppliers.
Prepare or distribute spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, unsolicited bulk commercial emails, or engage in any practices that violate applicable anti-spam laws, including relevant local or foreign regulations.
Use robots, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, search or retrieval applications, or any manual or automated process to retrieve, index, reproduce, or bypass the navigational structure, presentation, authentication systems, or security measures of the Elora Venecci platform.
Forge headers, identities, or manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any transmission.
Conduct any form of network monitoring, run network analyzers, intercept, decrypt, extract, or display any data exchanged between Elora Venecci’s servers, or collect or harvest information about any visitor or user without their explicit consent.
Include content that references or resembles identifiable third parties without obtaining their explicit consent, and where applicable, the consent of parents or legal guardians if such individuals are minors under applicable law.
